Dr. Ramón Rubio received his degree in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Zaragoza in 1972 and became specialist in Neurology from the Ministry of Universities and Investigation in 1978.

Since 1978 Dr. Rubio works at the Respiratory Unit of Sleep Disorders at the Txagorritxu Hospital in Vitoria-Gasteiz and is member of the Transplants Commission at the same hospital.

Author of numerous articles, speaker and director of uncountable courses.

His work has also been focused on investigation and sponsored by different agencies.
